Martha is founder and principal of The Law Offices of Martha Amaya, PLLC. Since forming her law firm in 2017, Martha has built a reputation of successfully representing personal injury cases on behalf of her clients totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars. Standing up to large insurance companies while representing the injured and their families is her passion. It is why she felt driven to create her own team of select law professionals after successfully closing multiple claims and assisting with jury trials in a prior law firm. Martha’s fluency in both English and Spanish enable her to understand and represent her client’s position most effectively.

Martha’s mother immigrated to the U.S. from El Salvador in the 80’s. From a young age Martha dreamed of becoming an attorney and righting wrongs. She is equally passionate about being a good mother, wife and aunt. In her spare time she loves to travel, follow politics, and read.
Brandon C. Stone
Associate Attorney at Law
Brandon is an attorney with The Law Offices of Martha Amaya, PLLC. He, like Martha, is devoted to helping each client obtain the best possible outcomes in every case. Brandon earned his law degree at BYU, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He lived for two years in Mexico and developed an appreciation for the people, language and culture and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Brandon specializes in personal injury and worker’s compensation law. He loves being able to help those who have been injured in accidents obtain the compensation they deserve.

Timothy Becker
Office Manager
Timothy is the office manager at The Law Offices of Martha Amaya. Timothy makes sure the office runs smooth by coordinating our efforts to help our clients in their time of need. He corresponds with the insurance companies to make sure our clients get the benefits that they are entitled to. Timothy works with hospital, clinics, and other entities to gather records needed for our clients’ cases. He stays up to date with our clients’ progress to make sure they are receiving the care they need. His goal is to not only have the office run smoothly, but to also make sure our clients receive the customer service they deserve.
Timothy loves being a father. When he’s not being a daddy or managing the law office, he enjoys cooking on the grill, playing billiards, and reading.
Joselyn Reynosa
Legal Assistant
Joselyn is a legal assistant at The Law Offices of Martha Amaya. She works closely with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Being able to speak Spanish and English, Joselyn keeps ongoing communication, providing support so clients feel informed and confident through the legal process. She is passionate about helping clients with their injuries during difficult times and is committed to helping them receive the compensation they deserve.
Joselyn likes being there for others and is someone you can count on. In her spare time, she likes exploring new places and trying new things. She is also currently in school for criminal justice and government politics and is excited to grow in the field.
Daniela Guerra
Legal Assistant
Daniela is a Legal Assistant at The Law Offices of Martha Amaya PLLC. She helps clients stay updated with their cases. She effectively communicates with both clients and the insurance companies to be able to provide the smoothest process in every case. Daniela works to help clients set up their treatment to get them the care they are entitled to. She also helps with their property damage and confirms that everything provided by the insurance companies is fair. Daniela is also both English and Spanish speaking. She provides the clearest communication with your case and helps you with your questions or concerns during this sometimes difficult process.
Daniela likes to drive in her spare time, enjoys driving out of town and going to new places. Her favorite place she has visited by far is Oregon. She normally likes to stay in and watch movies or documentaries.
